Return policy and procedures
Products are hand made and are subject to manufacturing variations, which are not considered faults. We do not offer any warranty on the products purchased however if a product appears to have a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced accordingly.
Items may be returned within 15 days upon receipt for a full refund with shipment arranged and paid by the customer. All items must be returned in unused condition. We will not accept returns of used or damaged products. If a product is damaged during shipping we will be happy to replace it accordingly.
Cancellations will be accepted with no charge before shipping occurs. Any orders cancelled after shipping there will be a fee charged to cover the processing costs.
